The sustainability focused refurbishment project encompassed over 7,000sqm office space across 6 floors over two adjoining buildings and was prompted by earthquake remediation work and a pending lease expiry. This project had only 3 months to plan and design, with each floor allocated 6-7 weeks to strip and complete while other floors remained occupied. The entire project took 10 months to complete.With TMCo's input, the previously obtained TMCo rating of 5 stars (again an NZ first and highest) was lifted to 5.5 stars.
