Situated at 136 Moorhouse Avenue in Christchurch, this earthquake replacement building was built with enough flair that it was awarded silver at the 2017 national Commercial Project Awards. The project is a contractor-led design and build package for 90 new accommodation beds. There are 16 two-storey townhouses built on the Dovedale Campus tennis courts next to the Campus Living Villages. The much needed replacement library and community centre replacement building was designed and delivered with full functionality and energy efficiency at its heart, but on a shoe string budget. TMCo provided mechanical, hydraulics, energy, civil and electrical services.
