TMCo completed a structural repair methodology report for repairs to damaged precast concrete walls, concrete slabs and footings at the Countdown building.

TMCo completing all building services, civil, fire and fire protection for this Countdown Metro. The previous BP station re-purposed.

Supermarket on the ground floor with adjacent food court and pharmacy tenancies also housed on the ground floor.  The Countdown tenancy reduced in size, allowing for the construction of new retail and hospitality tenancies.
