Four Square, Diamond HarbourTMCo were initially engaged for earthquake restrengthening. The decision was made to demolish the building and build a mixed-use supermarket and retail development. TMCo were engaged provide all engineering services (structural, fire, mechanical, civil, seismic, electrical and hydraulics).
