The building was extremely tight spatially for services, but the result is a well-functioning, energy efficient comfortable and quiet environment. Situated at 136 Moorhouse Avenue in Christchurch, this earthquake replacement building was built with enough flair that it was awarded silver at the 2017 national Commercial Project Awards.
