Living in Queenstown and travelling regularly throughout Otago and Southland, Patrick is the expert on the ground for all things building services and sustainability.

He brings knowledge, experience and skills to the TMCo team, all of which have been collated from his time working in the UK and in New Zealand. This experience allows Patrick to provide a strong understanding and the ability to meet the diverse and varied needs of clients.

Patrick is currently responsible for the timely delivery of local quality projects from TMCo's services team. He is the make it happen team member, streamlining the client’s experience with a strong commitment to the final result.

Patrick was a key engineer on the Christchurch Emergency and Justice Precinct project.

He has over 10 years of experience in the building services industry, and has delivered projects across:
