University of Canterbury Post Grad Student Accommodation, Christchurch

The project is a contractor-led design and build package for 90 new accommodation beds. There are 16 two-storey townhouses built on the Dovedale Campus tennis courts next to the Campus Living Villages. Using factory prefabrication technology, the townhouses will be completed prior to Christmas 2017 with students moving into the new accommodation in February 2018. read more

The much needed replacement library and community centre replacement building was designed and delivered with full functionality and energy efficiency at its heart, but on a shoe string budget. TMCo provided mechanical, hydraulics, energy, civil and electrical services.  

OEDT Student Accommodation for Ara (CPIT), Christchurch

Leading the market with bespoke cost-effective and robust accommodation designs, TMCo were selected by the main contractor to deliver new accommodation for Ara’s expanding student base. Designed and constructed on time and under budget – helped by the 3D modelling to avoid clashes on site. TMCo provided electrical, mechanical, fire, hydraulic, civil and electrical engineering.

AutoHub, Christchurch

AutoHub, the largest bespoke vehicle washing facility in Australasia, catering for domestic and commercial vehicles. TMCo are providing all services, fire, energy and structural engineering for this project with custom-designed energy and water reduction and re-use systems.

Ballantynes Redevelopment, Christchurch

Ballantynes have again committed themselves to the beautification and maintenance of a strong presence in the CBD. This replacement building, including retail, hospitality, offices and car parking is set for completion in 2018. Cholmondeley Childrens Home, Governors Bay

TMCo provided civil, mechanical, hydraulics, energy and electrical services to successfully deliver this community oriented earthquake replacement building. Warm, quiet and secure, guest are provided respite in an environment conducive to relaxing with amazing views of Governors Bay. The heating and lighting systems are low cost, efficient and effective to operate without being obvious.
