University of Canterbury Post Grad Student Accommodation, Christchurch

The project is a contractor-led design and build package for 90 new accommodation beds. There are 16 two-storey townhouses built on the Dovedale Campus tennis courts next to the Campus Living Villages. OEDT Student Accommodation for Ara (CPIT), Christchurch
