The Papanui Club was a post earthquake rebuild designed by RM Designs. TMCo provided all services engineering and energy for this project and the result is a multi-award winning project. More than that, the project is a commercial success with an increase in membership of 350% and a whopping increase in turnover at 760%!

Commercial Projects 2017 Silver Award Winner, Christchurch

Situated at 136 Moorhouse Avenue in Christchurch, this earthquake replacement building was built with enough flair that it was awarded silver at the 2017 national Commercial Project Awards. TMCo provided all services, energy, structural, fire and civil design for this unique building in conjunction with Phil Redmond Architecture + Urbanism.

Connetics (Orion) New Offices, Warehouses and Workshop, Waterloo

The high-tech new offices for Connetics have been engineered by TMCo, providing bespoke solutions to ensure the day-to-day and critical operations of Connetics can maintain operations comfortably and securely. TMCo provided mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and energy systems design with 3D modelling to avoid clashes on site.  

Antony Gough’s The Terrace, Christchurch

TMCo were engaged to provide energy modelling and the business case study for the district heating scheme for this site. The business case was realised and the scheme was accepted with some buildings on site utlilising the geothermal aquifer fed system.  

Don Street Development, Invercargill

This JV between Calder Stewart and Invercargill City Council is providing much needed modern office and new hospitality space. TMCo provided mechanical, electrical, energy and hydraulics for this project.

OEDT Student Accommodation for Ara (CPIT), Christchurch

Leading the market with bespoke cost-effective and robust accommodation designs, TMCo were selected by the main contractor to deliver new accommodation for Ara’s expanding student base. Designed and constructed on time and under budget – helped by the 3D modelling to avoid clashes on site. TMCo provided electrical, mechanical, fire, hydraulic, civil and electrical engineering.

AutoHub, Christchurch

AutoHub, the largest bespoke vehicle washing facility in Australasia, catering for domestic and commercial vehicles. TMCo are providing all services, fire, energy and structural engineering for this project with custom-designed energy and water reduction and re-use systems.

TE Connectivity, Christchurch

This brand new, green field development houses TE’s (Tyco Electric) development arm and is a bespoke, state of the art facility.
