Four Square

→   Four Square, Diamond Harbour TMCo were initially engaged for earthquake restrengthening. The decision was made to demolish the building and build a mixed-use supermarket and retail development. TMCo were engaged provide all engineering services (structural, fire, mechanical, civil, seismic, electrical and hydraulics).

Quake City Museum

TMCo provided professional building service engineering advice to this project. ‘Quake City’ charts the aftermaths of the September 2010 and 22 February 2011 earthquakes and the extraordinary response of the emergency services, international rescue teams, the thousands of volunteers who pitched in to help and the incredible resilience of Canterbury’s communities

Riverside Market

TMCo completed several tenancy fitouts in this development ensuring tenant works were complete and integrated into the base build ready opening.  

Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre

Now complete, the Christchurch Convention Centre is a world-class conference facility supported by accommodation, retail, hospitality and public transport. TMCo have provided hydraulics (siphonic drainage) to this project.
