Dark Sky Project, Tekapo
The project, undertaken with a Ngāi Tahu entity, reveals a clever interweaving of Māori mythology and scientific discovery through its multi-layered spaces, designed by Sheppard & Rout Architects for which the photos are credited. TMCo completed the seismic design for services for this project.

Quake City Museum

Southern Institute of Technology Invercargill

Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre

Wigram Air Force Museum
TMCo provided structural engineering to this project. Air Force Museum of New Zealand is the national museum for the Royal New Zealand Air Force, located on the former air base at Wigram, Christchurch
Tūranga Christchurch Central Library
Tūranga is the main public library in Christchurch, New Zealand. It opened in October 2018 and replaced the nearby Christchurch Central Library. TM Consultants provided siphonic drainage on this award winning project. The siphonic design saved $25k+ on this project and was an alternative design offered by TMCo to help the contractor reduce costs.
ACG Tauranga New School and Gymnasium
ACG Tauranga is a private coeducational day school located on the outskirts of Tauranga, New Zealand. The school is owned and operated by Auckland-based private education company ACG Education. TMCo completed the energy modelling and the geothermal mechanical design from the on-site geothermal bores to provide free central heating.
Rolleston Town Centre – Te Ara Ātea
This $17 million library and community centre project is a landmark development for the proposed Rolleston Town Centre, situated on part of the previous Rolleston reserve.
