Leading the market with bespoke cost-effective and robust accommodation designs, TMCo were selected by the main contractor to deliver new accommodation for ARA’s expanding student base. Designed and constructed on time and under budget – helped by the 3D modelling to avoid clashes on site. TMCo provided electrical, mechanical, fire, hydraulic, civil and electrical engineering.
The project is a contractor-led design and build package for 90 new accommodation beds. There are 16 two-storey townhouses built on the Dovedale Campus tennis courts next to the Campus Living Villages.
