TM Consultants are the ESD (GSAP) consultants as well as MEFP consultants and BIM managers for the project working for Stonewood Group.

There will be three levels of retail on the ground floors and carpark spaces. Proposed levels 4 to 16 will be private office spaces including a co-working space model. The proposed level 17 will include a hotel reception, a restaurant inclusive of a rooftop pool & bar, gym, and conference rooms. Additional lifts will take hotel guests to the 200+ hotel rooms at levels 18 to 25. With a mix of hotel rooms, mechanical plant is proposed on level 18 and a restaurant that enjoys views on the Queen Street extension of level 25. Above it all sits a roof deck with a rooftop bar with panoramic views of the city.
