TMCo have completed the structural, civil, fire and the full building services suites of work on many of Questral’s projects.

100+ houses, lodges, clubhouses, care centres, dementia buildings associated infrastructure and community facilities across sites in Christchurch, Nelson, Hamilton and Whangarei.

A commitment to reducing build costs and streamlining the construction process whilst making sure the facilities feel and look like sanctuaries has seen TMCo re-engaged over many of these projects.
