Commercial Projects 2017 Silver Award Winner

Situated at 136 Moorhouse Avenue in Christchurch, this earthquake replacement building was built with enough flair that it was awarded silver at the 2017 national Commercial Project Awards.

TMCo provided all services, energy, structural, fire and civil design for this unique building in conjunction with Phil Redmond Architecture + Urbanism.
